How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your Forge subscription at any time through your device settings:
iPhone/iPad:
- Open Settings
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select Forge
- Tap Cancel Subscription
Android:
- Open the Google Play Store
- Tap your profile icon
- Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
- Select Forge
- Tap Cancel subscription
Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account and all associated data through the app or by email. See our Account Deletion page for full instructions.
How do I restore my subscription on a new device?
- Download Forge on your new device
- Sign in with the same account you used to purchase
- Your subscription will automatically restore
If it doesn't restore automatically, go to Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases.
The app isn't working properly. What should I do?
Try these steps:
- Force close and reopen the app
- Check for updates in the App Store or Google Play
- Restart your device
- Check your internet connection
If the issue persists, email us at support@forgetrainer.ai with:
- Your device model
- Your operating system version
- A description of the issue
- Screenshots if possible
How do I change my email or password?
- Open the Forge app
- Go to Settings
- Tap Account
- Update your email or password
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, depending on where you purchased your subscription:
- Apple: Request a refund from Apple
- Google Play: Request a refund from Google
